How do I know my size?

When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit. 

Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.

My shipment was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

If you wish to exchange you can simply retour the item you don't want, you'll get a refund once it arrives at N9NE. You can order a new item yourself from our website!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. Except if your order contained a pre-order item or in busy days (black Friday, big drop, sale) it may take longer. We’re doing our best to deliver it as fast as possible!
